Every passage through life carries the seed of transformation, yet there are moments when change ceases to be a choice and becomes a destiny. Migration is such a passage: an invisible threshold where one existence dissolves and another begins to take shape. In this fragile interval, the self no longer belongs to what has already ended, yet has not fully entered what is to come.

The metamorph is born in this in-between. It is neither the memory of the past nor the promise of the future, but a trembling state of suspension — a transit of identity. To step across means to abandon what once defined us, to shed the weight of habit, attachment, and belonging. To remain means to inhabit silence, carrying within both the absence and the longing.

This journey is not linear but cyclical, echoing the rhythms of ancient myths where death is always the companion of rebirth. What perishes within us prepares the soil for what will emerge, just as exile carves out the space for new roots to grow. Metamorph in Transit is the name of this fragile metamorphosis — the silent crossing where one life is left behind and another, uncertain and unfinished, begins.
